Given how beautiful OMOCAT merch is, its sad to see them dissapoint customers through their bad customer service :( I hope they step up soon, I love their merchandise.įyi: buying from OMOCAT is worth it if shipping doesnt go badly for you. Its mostly just stretch cracks but its still there. No problems whatsoever, although I do wash it gently given the fact that the design is printed and is subject to cracking along the seams a little. Its a massive shame really- the quality of my tshirt was perfect. Especially considering all of OMOCATSs newer collaborations including Hololive, DDLC and Pokemon. But hearing other people have this consistent issue is. I figured the shipping problems was because of the Christmas rush, since I dont really know how much control the company has over that kind of thing. I didnt even get any packaging updates until the few days before the package arrived at my apartment. I ordered a Release energy! t-shirt way back in mid November 2021, and I only received it early January 2022. Heres the thing their shipping really is the biggest problem with their brand right now. With the price of the merch itself and the success of the game, they have more than enough funding to get extra staff, suppliers, successfully run the shop and treat customer orders fairly. Really wanted to believe they learned from the kickstarter and got on top of things, the small team excuse can't be used anymore. Just wanted to see what everyone else's experience has been like, from a comparative standpoint :/ I'm so upset. I was basically lied to in emails from them two weeks ago, told my stuff would ship "in two weeks", and here we are two weeks later, no tracking number and now no responses to my emails because they know I'm asking for them to keep their word and honour the order. At least my last two emails have been ignored. I should also add it's gotten to the point where the customer service team Omocat insists you contact is just ignoring emails at this point now too. But here's a large chunk of us all waiting for tracking numbers for our shirt orders (and CD orders) from back in March?! It's bad enough to be told that having the release shirt in your order should cause a delay, only to see a large batch of them get shipped to Japan to be resold with no issues. I'm constantly seeing stuff on twitter showing people getting not only shirts, but the new keychains (example: ) knowing they got these orders under 2 weeks from point of purchase, because that's how long the new keychains and "restocks" of shirts have been out.
